Why Hatha Yoga?
To cultivate a stable mind, we must first nurture a healthy body. While it’s true that a strong will can overcome physical challenges, an ailing body can make it harder to focus on the mind. Many begin their journey with the intention of improving physical and mental well-being, but the deeper purpose lies in knowing oneself and becoming One with the Supreme or Higher Power. Hatha Yoga, a branch of Raja Yoga, is one such path leading to this ultimate goal. Other paths include Bhakti (devotion), Jnana (knowledge), and Karma (selfless action).
