Benefit : Relieves tension, heaviness and stiffness in the head, neck and shoulder region.
Contra-Indications : Not for elderly people and those suffering from low/high BP, vertigo or extreme cervical spondylosis.
Awareness : On the stretch of neck and breath. Perform only till the extent you can. Stop if you see reeling sensation
Breathing : Inhale on the backward movement, Exhale on the forward movement
Duration : Back and Forth makes 1 round. Do this 10 times
Steps: : Stand with feet at shoulder width distance apart. Place the hands on the hips. Inhale, move the head as far back as comfortable. Exhale, move the head forward and the to touch the chin to the chest.
