Greeva Sanchalana Variation 3

Steps : Stand with feet at shoulder width distance apart. Place the hands on the hips. Relax the shoulders.
Slowly turn the head to the right so that the chin is in line with the shoulder. Do not bend the head
Feel the stretch in the neck muscles.
Turn the head to the left as far as is comfortable. Do not strain. And come back to the center. That makes it 1 round.
Practice 10 rounds slowly.
