Duration : Back and Forth makes 1 round. Do this 10 times
Steps : Stand with feet at shoulder width distance apart.
Extend the arms straight and at shoulder level in front of the body with the fists clenched keeping thumb inside.
Rotate the fists together in the opposite direction.
Start with outward rotation i.e right wrist – clockwise and left wrist – anti-clockwise.
Repeat 5 times. Then rotate the fists in the inward direction i.e right wrist – anti-clockwise and left wrist – clockwise for 5 times
