Breathing : Inhale on the upward stroke. Exhale on the downward stroke.
Duration : Practice 10 times clockwise and 10 in anti-clockwise direction
Steps : Stand with feet at shoulder width distance apart.
Place the fingers of the left hand on the left shoulder and the fingers of the right hand on the right shoulder. Rotate both elbows forward at the same time and try to touch the elbows in front of the chest, touching the ears while moving up and the sides of the trunk while coming down. Practice 10 times clockwise and then 10 times in anti-clockwise direction
